There are a range of menus and beverages for all types of events, our Executive Chef is also happy to design a special menu around your event.
The Cove Restaurant – Located at the front of the hotel with views of Sullivan’s Cove Water Front. The Cove serves a sumptuous buffet breakfast every day that offers a taste of Tasmania. From hand made yoghurt to house made jams, local bacon and free range eggs to artisan locally baked breads the buffet offers guests both comfort food and a taste of the location. For dinner the venue offers the best of both a la carte and buffet dining. Our kitchen brigade take the very best of Tasmanian produce and present a stunning array of dishes with an international flare. The fare has been described as a tour of the very best in Tasmanian produce.
The Atrium – A great venue to meet for a drink or afternoon tea. Located overlooking Sullivan’s Cove waterfront, the glass curtain walls and ceiling provide for excellent views and a light and sunny atmosphere. The venue provide morning and after tea the old fashioned way and also light lunch’s and drinks. This is also a great place to meet for a drink and take in the atmosphere of the water front.

The hotel retains Staging Connections to provide expertise and in the field of AV. A team of highly skilled technicians remains on site permanently and will be manage all facets of your event. Staging Connections has become a global expert in event production and we are pleased to be able to call on their expertise from around Australia to manage all aspects of your AV no matter how specialized.

The conference audio visual team has the ability and resources to design and construct full stage sets, which can enhance a gala dinner or conference. The audio, lighting and vision expertise can then be used to increase the impact of these sets.
